Clarity before confidence

Confidence is often treated as a prerequisite.
In reality, it's usually an outcome.

Many people believe they need to feel confident before they can act. But confidence built on pressure or performance is often brittle.

Clarity tends to come first — clarity about what's true, what's not, and what no longer fits. From that, confidence grows more quietly and more sustainably.

When you trust what you see and feel clearly, you don't need to force certainty.
