Many attempts at change begin with behaviour.
There are times when effort isn't the problem.
Nor is intelligence or commitment.
There are many ways to define success.
One that's often overlooked is integrity.
Not knowing can feel uncomfortable — even threatening.
But it's also where something new becomes possible.
Confidence is often treated as a prerequisite.
In reality, it's usually an outcome.
Slowing down is often mistaken for avoidance.
Sometimes it's intelligence.
Many people don't need more advice.
They need a place where they're not being managed.
